I'm Shane, and this is my story

My name is Shane. What you will see on my app is a range of different training types that I’ve used over my 25 years of experience. Along with that myself and my team have created some amazing meal options for you all to have the best opportunity to reach your fitness goals. Those that have subscribed will have full access to all of my strength training and HIIT workouts also.

I’ve been training for 25 years and have been a coach for the last 15 years, we’re going on two decades now and there’s not much I haven’t seen or tried. I’ve helped thousands of people reach their fitness goals and I’m now here to help you.
