I'm Brian, and this is my story

I am a US Navy veteran, fitness coach, motivational speaker, fitness model, and mental health advocate. I have had to overcome a lot of adversity in my life starting with growing up in domestic violence-filled childhood. Over the years I have faced many types of adversity including being underweight, overweight, multiple injuries, depression, addictions, and severe PTSD after my military service. At my lowest point, I attempted to take my own life in 2013 but God gave me a second chance because he had a higher purpose for my life.

Fitness and God along with mental health therapy have allowed me to rebuild my life, improve my mental health, defy the odds, and find happiness again. More importantly, it has brought me a sense of peace, and healing, and improved not only my psychical health but my mental as well.

I finally have a happy, positive life which is why I am so passionate about paying it forward to help others. It’s my purpose to use fitness to help others by inspiring them to never give up, encouraging them to get help, showing them they are not alone, and showing them they can overcome the adversities that life throws at us.
