My name is Colin Pasque, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Lead Strength & Mobility Coach for FLOLYFE Fitness. Having been a high-level and multi-sport athlete my entire life, fitness and performance have been a part of me since I was born. With my diverse background in athletics, rehab, and functional fitness coaching, I developed The Daily FLO programs to help you achieve your highest potential in fitness and health.

I’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people through Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube stay fit and improve their mobility throughout the pandemic, and my mission is to bring this style of training to millions across the world.

As someone who loves to surf, wakeboard, do martial arts, and spend time exploring the outdoors with my family, my mission to help you become a functional athlete so that you are the most capable, resilient, and consistent version of yourself who can enjoy life to its fullest.

Ultimately, this is not about me or any "secret sauce" that I have discovered to help you get in the best shape of your life. It is about YOU. And about making a greater impact in this world so that we can leave it better than we found it. The Daily FLO programs were designed for anyone to help take control over their health and performance so that you can do what you love, with who you love the most. This is your journey.
