My name is Dora and my passion is to help people become healthier, feel better in their skin, and learn how to eat healthy without BS diets and restrictions.

I believe your only limit is your mindset and your negative beliefs. That’s why fitness is more like a mental game rather than physical. If you can get your mindset right , and build healthy habits then you are winning.

I am going to share lots of home and outdoor, as well as gym workouts. You have my 100% support and a Facebook community where we can interact and support each other. I can't wait to work hard and crush your goals with you!
