I'm Dr. JJ, and this is my story

I'm Dr. JJ, and this is my story

I'm a physical therapist who loves using exercise to restore foundational movement patterns and intrinsic strength in order to keep you healthy and maximize your performance in whatever you do in life. My background includes working with athletes at all levels from recreational to elite. I’ve formally worked with USA Field Hockey and with individual athletes from NFL, NBA, US Track and Field, MLB, PLL, US Lacrosse, US Polo and more. I also teach nationally to help other clinicians keep their patients/clients performing their best.

In my physical therapy practice in Bryn Mawr, PA, we blend advanced manual techniques with integrative exercises to rebuild people to create strong, resilient, high-performing bodies.

Online training came out of COVID, when I couldn’t get my hands on patients for a little while. I had a duty to help them in any way I could. To my surprise, most people not only recovered from their injuries through our training programs, they became more fit than they ever imagined in the process. I'm excited to share my training with you on this app!
