I'm Duke, and this is my story

I'm a former NFL player turned fitness entrepreneur with over 15 years of training and dieting experience…and I help people make fitness a lifestyle so they can be healthy forever!


Through sports, I became obsessed with fitness. I’ve literally done all types of training. From strength training to speed training to cross-fit to boxing, you name it. And now, I’ve taken everything I’ve picked up over the years, and sharing it with others. I'm passionate about health and fitness, and I believe it's the key variable in living a happy life!


My motivation is people. I love people and I love helping people! Being able to share information and my experiences that can improve someone else's life is something I thrive on.
