I'm Elika Bang, and this is my story

Hi! I’m Elika Bang, a 23 year-old fitness trainer who has dedicated the last 6 years of my life to training. I have learned many different strategies and techniques when it comes to physical exercise and staying healthy. Through the years I have been faced with different challenges both mental and physical. Overcoming those challenges has made me stronger and taught me many skills that I want to share with others. Social media was where I first began to express my love for fitness to the world. I decided to create videos to share my workouts, fitness tips, and spread positivity with others. My number one goal is for you to be completely confident in yourself! With the right mindset and my support, I believe that you can accomplish anything and reach that point. I hope to motivate and inspire you as you work towards your dream body!
