I'm Erin, and this is my story

My name is Erin Killeen — you may know me as @etkfit. I am a Certified Personal Trainer & have also gone through my own weight loss transformation.


In 2016, I weighed 207 pounds and was a size 16. I have spent the last 6 years training consistently, building muscle, learning about nutrition, and developing my educational understanding of fitness as a whole.

Now, I want to help you do the same. I want to assist you in transforming your body to its maximum potential — in a way that’s actually enjoyable.
