I'm Hails, and this is my story

I’m a certified trainer who goes by Hails! I come from an athletic background and fell in love with fitness. I’ve learned a lot of things going through my own personal journey and know the ups and downs and the common mistakes in a fitness journey. I’ll be sharing the knowledge I have now by giving categories of exercises for people who just need ideas for their gym days, programs for people with specific goals, tasty healthy recipes to help everyone enjoy their fitness journey a bit more, live work outs, and mental health tips to help your over all health because that’s just as important as your physical appearance!
