I'm Isaac, and this is my story

Train as if your life depends on it because it does.

That’s one of my biggest motivations when it comes to training. I’m 26 years old, born and raised in SoCal and I’m a full-time firefighter. Everyday people depend on us to be at our best in their greatest time of need. Training is just one of those tools I use to prepare myself to give them my best.

I started my fitness journey when I was about 14 years old. Little did I know my whole world was about to change. Growing up sports always played a big role in my fitness journey, but it wasn’t really until I dove into the gym atmosphere that I become passionate about it. Not only did I notice the physical results, but mentally everything began to shift. It’s been such an amazing journey and now I want to share all that I have learned with you.

All we get is time and choices, it’s on us to be wise with both.
