I'm Jacob, and this is my story
As an athlete who strives to constantly reach the next level I have experimented and studied different types of fitness (weights, running, wrestling, jiu-jitsu, CrossFit, boxing, kickboxing, and MMA) over the past 10 years of my life.
The majority of my weight training/wrestling and running came from high school sports. After high school, I felt I needed to continue my physical hands on sports so I joined the “Lost Boys” an MMA team and my passion for health and fitness evolved to muscle/conditioning requirements to compete with the world's best athletes.
When I’m not in the gym or running outside, I’m leading my meal company “Fitmealz” so that I can be the complete health package — with nutrition and training — that you can trust.
