I'm Jacquelyn, and this is my story
I am a new mom who wants to introduce everyone to a new (life)style of training. Pilates mixed with light strength training, my workouts can be performed by anyone looking to get in shape but they are PERFECT for moms especially. I know how busy our day to day can be! My workouts are quick, simple and effective. I want everyone to know that starting a fitness journey DOES NOT have to be so complicated and stressful, all you have to do is move your body and break a sweat. I will be here every step of the way to guide you as well.
My reasoning for incorporating Pilates with light strength training is the benefit that Pilates has on your deep core, that’s why it is perfect for moms. While light strength training will help with building muscle and increasing strength, you get the best of both worlds with these two styles of training.
