I'm Jala, and this is my story

I grew up in California and Michigan. I started modeling in my early 20's. Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Early on, I studied yoga and nutrition & developed a routine that has helped me sculpt and maintain a healthy physique. Fast forward to now, 42 years old & mom of four, I have refined my routines over time with more barré and cardio techniques. I am beyond excited to share it all with you here on my app.

I’m all about encouraging you to feel confident and comfortable in your own skin. It’s about you falling in love with movement and honoring your body to be the healthiest it can be. I want to help you achieve your health goals with tips to stay disciplined and focused on yourself! Healthy mind, body & soul! With that being said, on my channel, you will see that I do a lot of bodyweight workouts and banded workouts that can be done anywhere and everywhere! Working out doesn't always have to be at a gym!
