I'm Jay, and this is my story
I excelled in sports as a young kid but also found drugs and alcohol, eventually, leading me down a bad path. I ended up hitting rock bottom at 20 years old and getting sober in 2005. I knew I needed to find things to keep my mind occupied, so I found Muay Thai kickboxing and Gracie Ju-Jitsu, which I loved.
Back in 2013, I got pretty sick and ended up in the hospital. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and my whole life changed. Living life as a type 1 diabetic can be very challenging day-to-day. Then, you add in being really active like myself and it gets even more challenging, but I refuse to let it hold me down.
Since I started training clients one on one over 13 years ago and started my online programs in 2017, I have helped thousands of people all over the world just like you make lasting transformations physically and mentally. I’m excited to be a part of your journey to becoming the best functional athlete possible. Let’s get to work!
