  • This is by far the most fun program I've ever done! I had just finished a bulk before starting The Functional Shred and I was struggling to lose the last few pounds. The Functional Shred was not only fun to do but I've gained strength, improved mobility, and gained core strength! I had a C section 4 years ago and my abs have been the most difficult thing for me to improve due to the lack of strength after the surgery...my abs are stronger now and I FINALLY have a 6 pack! Very happy with my results!

  • 10 months ago I started training with Jay's programs. I have followed The Functional Mass and Power program twice. Besides that I have been following The Bodyweight Beast program as well. This is my 1 year progress/transformation. Jay's programs combined with a diet (6 days a week) and not drinking alcohol anymore has truly been a life changer for me. I haven't felt this good in a long time both mentally and physically.

  • Wanted to share my 1 year progression with TFS and some of your bodyweight workout from you instagram. So, from 103 kg to 88 kg with great training and discipline regarding food I managed to improve my overall resistance, body strength, and of course the physical appearance changed also. Just grabbed two of your bodyweight programs and can’t wait to try them! Love what you’re doing. You’re a great inspiration, please never stop, you are great!

  • Hi Jay, Had a moment of self appreciation and wanted to share with you. August 2020 had foot surgery (right) then November 2020 (left)…. Had a set back and gained some weight…20lbs to be exact. Since January 2021 , I have been doing your programs, functional Shred (twice), functional mass and power, functional method 2, and functional method 3 (currently on).…….also have lost all the extra weight i had gained last year. Did not realize i made this much progress visually too. Just wanted to share.

I'm Jay, and this is my story

I excelled in sports as a young kid but also found drugs and alcohol, eventually, leading me down a bad path. I ended up hitting rock bottom at 20 years old and getting sober in 2005. I knew I needed to find things to keep my mind occupied, so I found Muay Thai kickboxing and Gracie Ju-Jitsu, which I loved.

Back in 2013, I got pretty sick and ended up in the hospital. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and my whole life changed. Living life as a type 1 diabetic can be very challenging day-to-day. Then, you add in being really active like myself and it gets even more challenging, but I refuse to let it hold me down.

Since I started training clients one on one over 13 years ago and started my online programs in 2017, I have helped thousands of people all over the world just like you make lasting transformations physically and mentally. I’m excited to be a part of your journey to becoming the best functional athlete possible. Let’s get to work!
