I'm a Health Fitness Specialist & Certified Personal Trainer, and someone who discovered his passion to help others stay active and healthy while enjoying life.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology which allows me to use science backed information to help you become your best! Training with a plan and purpose will enable immediate change to the body.
