  • I wasn’t sure what to expect when I signed up. I was blown away within the first three week on how I was feeling. I’ve struggled with a tight pelvic floor for the last decade. I’ve seen 5 different PFPTs and none of them could offer a real explanation for what was causing the tension and all of their remedies only lasted a few days. I tried manual therapy, down training exercises, breath work, and countless kegels. Nothing helped. It was very expensive and left me hopeless.   • I LOVED this 8 week challenge! The movements and workouts in this program changed my outlook on my ability to move and lift without low back pain! I’m very active but struggle with chronic pain that is exacerbated by lifting despite years of trying different gyms and seeing many different physical therapists.   • I found it really helpful. I have gained a lot more mobility from my spine with movements that I would have been scared to try before because I didn’t want to go into too much extension. I realized that is exactly what my body needed me to do. Also, the lateral movements were game changers for making me ache less.   • This was such a unique and amazing way to work on posture-breath-overall feeling better in the body. It’s ALL connected and Jill had an expert way of easing the movements and connecting the dots literally from the ground up. I'm Dr. Jill Zimmerman, and this is my story

I’m a Physical Therapist by trade.

But more importantly, someone who cares deeply about educating the public about their physical aches and pains through connection and relatability.

Most of the content I share on this app stems from personal struggles I’ve experienced and worked through or from lightbulb moments I’ve had while working with hundreds of people over 15 years.

My content is for those who struggle with traditional exercise.

I’m here to help you embrace a mindset that change in your body is possible and to provide the tools needed to feel that change.
