I'm Josh, and I'm so glad you're here!

My passion for exercise started with sports as I have been an active person since a young age.

That experience created a mindset in me that always strived to get the best performance out of my body. No matter how challenging life has been, I have continuously told myself that my physical health should always be a priority.

Now with a BS in Kinesiology and several nationally accredited certifications, and my own healthy habits & best practices, Josh Savoy Fitness is officially brought to life on this app!

As your trainer, I want to help you bridge the gap between life distractions and prioritizing your health. I enjoy teaching people that you can simplify your exercise, goals, and your nutrition to cater to your current way of living. It is my goal to demonstrate the importance of keeping your body active and moving, while most importantly still HAVING FUN.
