Hey there, it’s Julia!

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and some of you may recognize me from Dated and Related on Netflix. I started my fitness journey when I was 17 years old and quickly discovered that exercise isn’t just amazing for your body - it’s a game-changer for your mind too. Exercising regularly has done wonders for my mental wellbeing and has helped me become the most confident version of myself. Whether you’re a beginner and you need help getting started, or you’re looking for a new program to push past your limits and reach new goals, I’m here to help.
