I'm Kelz, and this is my story

Read on if you want to look and perform like an athlete. I've also achieved the goal of looking good naked and being ready for a global reality TV show in a tropical location.

Performance or aesthetics were never a choice for me. I always wanted to look good and perform well. Looking like a superhero but not moving like one is pointless.

I played basketball, track, rugby, and American football. Over the past decade, I've used my athletic background and personal trainer certification to try many training methods.

This experience gave me the strength and aesthetics to play at the highest level of American football in the UK and be one of the first cast members on Netflix's global No.1 hit "Too Hot to Handle." I also used my own program to train for MTV's The Challenge, which tests you mentally and physically.

Life has taught me that with hard work, focus, and discipline you can achieve anything you want, and if life knocks you down, you pick yourself up, go back to the training room, and come back stronger!
