About the challenge

Join me for my first challenge ever! This is a gym challenge based on my personal workout routine — yes, that's right, exactly what I do when I workout. There will be 5 workouts per week with 2 active-rest and rest days. While there is a grand prize for one lucky winner (more details below), participating in this challenge will make everyone a winner! Regardless of physical transformation, you will be winning the knowledge of a strength and bodybuilding routine you can use repeatedly to build muscle and see results!

There will be one grand prize winner based on: overall physical transformation, progress, engagement, and submission of before & after photos and testimonials!

Submit before photos by Sunday, January 8, 2023 and after photos by Sunday, February 19, 2023. The link to submit photos will be in the challenge description within the app.
