I'm Lindzay, and this is my story

Hi my name is Lindzay! I am professionally trained dancer, massage therapist and movement coach here to share all the helpful tools you need to feel strong, and mobile in your body to take on the everyday life tasks, and have longevity.

I will be posting Mobility, strength & conditioning exercises to help you stay on track with your goals, and feeling good and strong in your body. I will also include recovery videos to help manage tightness and tension.
