I'm Maria, and this is my story

When I first started working out, I struggled and had a hard time getting to the gym like most people. I was insecure about everything and was not comfortable in the gym. I felt like I was walking in there with a blindfold on because I had no guidance or direction. I started to follow along with my favorite fitness influencers and did lots and lots of my own research about glute growth. And dare I say it was working! I started carrying myself a little bit higher as the days progressed. I then went on to get my certification as a personal trainer and nutritionist. Clean eating has changed the way my body feels internally and I can't wait to share what I learned with you! Now my goal is to share my nutrition and fitness tips with you in the hopes that you will feel more comfortable at the gym. We will stay consistent by balancing gym and home routines and see a real difference in our bodies and the way we feel.
