I'm Mary, and this is my story
I’ve always loved to move whether it's dance, soccer, snowboarding, hiking or paddle boarding! Since 2016 I’ve found my niche in Muay Thai, strength training and pilates-style exercises.
With a handful of years working in different industries I come to the table knowing how a body can feel at the end of a long day.
Many of my years were spent frustrated and unhappy with my health — never feeling strong or that I could actually lose weight or be good at certain activities. When my mindset changed I was able to change the lens I had been looking through. I evaluated how I felt rather than looked. I took the necessary hard look at my diet. which made all the difference in my success, and I know it will for you too!
I believe that with a strong community of equally enthusiastic people workouts become less of an item on our checklist, and more of something we look forward to doing!
