  • The Summer Sculpt challenge was an incredible way for me to kick my butt back into gear after losing motivation in April from my start in January. Since starting MKFit in January, I’ve lost over 38 pounds and finishing beginner bootcamp to then move onto the home shred workouts, I felt less motivated. When I saw Michelle had started this Summer Sculpt challenge, and seeing that there was a community behind it made me want to start working on myself again! I saw a lot of people including an artist on social media who was also going through the Summer Sculpt challenge and it made me feel like we were doing it together. Before the Summer Sculpt challenge, my hip dips were more noticeable, my core was shaky, and my back muscles weren’t strong at all. Now my hip dips are rounded out more, my core is much stronger, and my back muscles are visible!! The workouts were challenging at times, but I have never felt stronger! I can squat up to 45 pounds and can even do 10 full push-ups now! I feel the best I’ve ever felt with MKFit, and the Summer Sculpt challenge helped me pick myself back up to work on being the best version of myself again!

  • I went into this challenge desperate to move my body every day again. Working from home, the extent of moving my body was walking the dog. Gyms honestly overwhelm me, and spin classes (which I love!) add up financially very quickly. I saw Michelle promote this challenge on Instagram and immediately knew it was worth trying! I’m proud to say I’ve completed every workout in this challenge, and I have never been prouder of myself. I went into some workouts TERRIFIED because of how sore I was, but was always able to push through because I felt the accountability that came with the challenge. Michelle outlines each workout, provides examples of ways to modify, and honestly cheered me on every step of the way. She genuinely cares for each of our journeys and it really shows! 💛 I’ve lost 3 pounds, feel less bloated, am drinking less soda, and can even see a difference in my body!   • This challenge was so good for me. As someone who has never been able to fully commit to a fitness routine something like this was exactly what I needed to kickstart my fitness journey. That added motivation to get after it every day and meet the challenge allowed me to push through the resistance when I had a long day and working out was the last thing I wanted to do. The routines ramped up at a good pace and were hard enough to make me feel like I just got back from the gym even though I never left my living room which is a dream considering how much gyms cost! Still, I think making that decision to start was harder than any of the exercises! So if you’re struggling to take that first step trust me and just plant that foot.
