I'm Morgan, and this is my story

I found yoga after a 10 year career in swimming that left me burnt out and wondering what was next for me. My discovery of yoga was not an instant love affair. In fact, the slower movement and the mindfulness of it all left the athlete in me feeling like I had accomplished nothing because I wasn’t in pain after a class. HAH! Can any of you relate? This dislike quickly turned into curiosity as I began to understand there was never an ‘end’ in yoga. The journey was a continuous one that not only began opening up new doors in my movement practice, but also helping me navigate my way through day to day life by connecting to my breath and coming back to myself, my source. Over the past few years I’ve gone on to graduate from over 700 hours of training within different facets of yoga in a hope to spread the joy I find in it with you all. Remember, everyone’s yoga journey looks different. So come as you are, release expectations and take some big conscious belly breaths. I’m here to guide you through it all. I can’t wait to see you on the mat!
