I'm Nadina, and this is my story
At 13, I fractured my back in a PE class accident. At the time, I was a top 3 swimmer in Canada for my age group with dreams of competing in the Olympics. For years I tried to swim through the injury. I even wore a back brace for a year! But when I began to lose feeling in my legs, I knew I needed to walk away (literally!). So, at 18, I found my own way of working out so I could get stronger despite my limitations, while also keeping myself motivated, and feeling good about myself (which was extremely important to my mental health as I had my Olympic dream stolen from me). This is what led me to develop my own way of working out that is fun, challenging, and can be done anywhere, anytime to fit inside a busy schedule or whenever life throws a curveball
I’m now 43, and people ask me all the time what my secret is. This is it — inside this app! So let’s do this together! You got this!
