🥇 How to win
For the next 8 weeks, I have designed a workout program for all levels to improve your strength, athletic abilities and endurance as a hybrid athlete. You can expect weight training sessions, run workouts and METCON’s throughout the 8-week challenge. Prepare to commit to the workouts and learn how to balance strength training and endurance. For this program you will need a full gym and I recommend having a wearable device (Garmin, Apple Watch, etc) to track your run distance and pace. Each week we are going to push our limits to “Go One More” together.
