About the challenge
- Why encourage 30 minutes of exercise each day? In my opinion, physical movement produces mental movement. Mental health is something that I hold very close to me and something I want to give to the world through fitness and seeing how good you can feel in your own skin through healthy habits.
- I believe stacking these little habits (like moving for 30 minutes a day) leads to mental clarity, productivity in your own life, and overall increase in well-being!

Download the app to access the "30 in 30" challenge! If you already have the app downloaded, you just need to submit before/after entries, and you’ll automatically have access to the challenge in the workout section of the app!
