    Yoga is a practice of Self realization. Anything we do in the practice is in support of realizing who we are. This app is your platform of observation through the many physical, energetic, emotional and mental practices that the system of yoga offers.

    The practice does not give us anything. Rather, it unveils ignorance, delusion and thought patterns that we were unaware of before. Through steady effort, focused attention and loving awareness, these unconscious patterns effortlessly dissolve with our acceptance of what is. Liberation is directly experienced.

    The practice is available to all, without exception, no matter the internal or external circumstances that may be present. This app is an opportunity to learn and practice yoga with kindness, sincerity and clarity. Attentive guidance is given to anyone who comes to practice in a supportive and integral way. About Nina

About Nina

From a young age, Nina constantly observed the actions and words of those around her. Confused by unkindness and seeming differences, she questioned human nature deeply, wanting to know the Truth: Who am I? Why am I here? To Nina, yoga is the clearest path for the realization of Truth, and her offerings are built on this loving desire/curiosity.

Nina’s is an E-RYT 500 with over 1000 hours of yogic study. Her teachings are rooted in their sources, namely the systems of Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga. Inspired by these traditions, and her own self-study, Nina weaves sacred teachings into a clear offering of how the purifying practice of Hatha Yoga works, what it prepares us for, and what it means to live an ethical, yogic lifestyle of self-inquiry today.

Nina’s asana classes offer a platform for observation and skillful placement of attention, cultivating the necessary discipline for/in the practice. Her classes are a seamlessly woven journey through traditional postures using precise physical cues and deep energetic concentrations to pave a very clear path of practice. As Hatha Yoga prepares mind and body for Self-realization (Raja Yoga), Nina encourages students to investigate for themselves- this practice is self-verifiable, and it is the practice which unveils.

In school for acupuncture, Nina also uses the meridian system of Chinese medicine to go deeper into the yogic practice. Becoming increasingly more aware of patterns of pain/tension, emotions and thoughts/beliefs can have a profound effect on our way of being in the world and, more intimately, how we feel in our own body. We feel free.
