I'm Noah - welcome to my fitness app

I am a certified strength & conditioning specialist with over 10 years of experience.

My fitness journey began in 2011 during my freshman year of college when I was introduced to the weight room while playing college baseball. Mandatory team lifts quickly ignited my passion for fitness. The weight room not only improved my physical strength but also boosted my confidence. It taught me that with consistency and discipline, I could conquer any challenge.

After college, I worked as a collegiate performance coach at Northwestern University. In 2017, I joined the Los Angeles Dodgers Organization as a performance coach, spending six years in one of the best player development systems in the game. What I learned during my time there is that personal development requires a well-thought-out plan and unwavering commitment. By consistently following the plan, you’ll accumulate daily victories that will compound over time, leading to the achievement of your goals.

Throughout this journey, I continued to work with personal training clients, helping over 500 athletes and individuals achieve their dream physiques. I am dedicated to delivering results. My promise to you is that I’ll provide all the resources you need to reach your goals. Let me create your personalized roadmap.
