I'm Olivia, and this is my story

Hi there! My name is Olivia Mogan and I am a content creator on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Fitness has always been a passion of mine, and I have been consistently weight training for the last six years. Growing up, I was always extremely underweight and had a hard time putting muscle on. While constantly experimenting with my own body, I have now put on 40 lbs, looking and feeling much healthier. Initially, my goal was to always look fit and lean, now I want to help others accomplish their fitness goals as well!
