I'm Alice, and this is my story

Hey there! My name is Alice and I am so excited to share my fitness journey with you. I began training 4 years ago while I was a student at Michigan State University. I was juggling two degrees, three jobs, and quickly gaining traction online with my social media presence. I found this to be a very overwhelming time as I was under the watchful eyes of thousands of people just I was beginning to workout. However, this pressure ended up helping me in more ways than I can count. As my online presence kept growing, so did my desire to grow and develop myself in the fitness industry. In 2017, I received my personal training certification and now I have a prospering online community of people who are looking to better themselves in the same way I try to. Whether it is being my own boss, juggling work and personal life, improving mental health, or focusing on physical health; I will share it all with you. My goal is to be here for you and help you in your own journey!
