I'm Rachel, and this is my story

Hey, fam!! Welcome to the Rachel Nicole Fit app! I am so grateful that you’re here and I’m VERY excited to start training with you! As a proud military wife, boy mom, entrepreneur, and health coach, my personal passion for fitness has evolved over the years. Fueled by my healthcare background, working in a heart lab, and inspired by re-discovering my own strengths over and over again through life’s many chapters, fitness has been the catalyst to see me through it all.

This is a space I’ve created for you. Here, you will have access to work out and train with me towards your unique goals. Whether you are new to the gym, working to have a healthy pregnancy, or simply trying to find a training program that fits your schedule, there’s something here for you. My training style is a mix of traditional lifts, high-intensity movements and functional training focused on building lean muscle while burning fat. I will be sharing new weekly workouts you can add to your regiment, training programs you can use to maximize your results, supplement guides to help support your goals, and SOOO much more as we grow together along the way.
