I'm Rayna Vallandingham, and this is my story
My name is Rayna Vallandingham and I have been doing martial arts since I was 2 years old. Through training internationally, I’ve been able to acquire 13 world titles in various martial arts events and have become a fourth degree black belt. My passion for martial arts has taken inspiration from my general love of fitness. Although I do martial arts-centric workouts for advanced athletes, I love incorporating martial arts techniques into conditioning and strengthening routines for beginners as well. These martial arts techniques include combat, boxing, kicking, weapons, and more. My belief is that martial arts is a physical and mental journey, and just as it helped me to evolve as a person, it can completely transform your life as well. Connecting my mind to my body through martial arts has helped me to better understand myself and helps me to break through barriers daily.
