I'm Roberto, and this is my story

I haven’t always been in great shape. In fact, there was a time in my life when I was overweight and very unhealthy. But, over 10 years ago, I underwent a body transformation and haven’t looked back. I became a professional Men’s Physique Bodybuilder and US Army Certified Master Fitness Trainer. I know exactly how to train.

Today, I have a full-time corporate job, I travel a lot, and I’m an actor, but that doesn’t stop me from being in shape and living a healthy life. I do all of this by being very focused and efficient in the gym. Also, I’m constantly using new and different techniques to keep my muscle improving and avoiding plateaus.
