Hey! If you don’t know me I’m Sabrina Nic, a bodybuilder competing in the wellness category. I aspire to be an IFBB Wellness Pro. I am also a CPT, I’ve trained people in person and am now going completely online. I write meal plans and I also teach people how to count macronutrients to achieve their dream physique. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging and my objective is to help you accomplish your goals. I have years of experience and success with training myself and others. I will show you the best equipment to use and will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your end goal.
