I’m Sarah, and this is my story:
Sarah Brock is a former figure competitor of the state of Washington. Her fitness journey includes multiple marathons, both half and full, triathlons, scuba diving and long-distance biking.
Sarah Brock began her fitness journey in her early 20’s, where she knew that her career would be in the fitness journey. She attended the Personal Training Certification Program at Ashmead College in Seattle Wa.
Sarah Brock is in her mid- 40’s and has realized that there is a lack of information and advice for women in the peak of their 40’s and older. With her credentials, Sarah knew that she could change the dynamic. Women need to know that it’s never too late to start strength training. Sarah Brock is passionate about helping women find self confidence and learn to believe that they can do anything!
