I'm Semir, and this is my story

Hi! Happy to have you joining our community! For the last ten years I have had the pleasure of coaching people with many different backgrounds and fitness levels. From your everyday mom and dad looking to stay fit to high level athletes, and everyone else in between. I have been involved in some form of fitness and athletics ever since I can remember. After I finished playing college soccer, I knew that a career in fitness and helping people was the only thing I wanted to do. After so many years of training people from all walks of life and applying what I know to in-person clients, I wanted to create a platform that offers my programs and services to those of you who can’t train with me in person.

I have gone through thousands of hours of trial and error when it comes to designing programs for myself and my clients. The programs that you will find here are carefully designed to give you the best results possible. My focus is to help you become the strongest version of yourself and to ultimately show you how to train effectively so you can continue to make progress on your own for years to come.

I believe that fitness is a form of therapy and that it should add value to your life, not stress. I want to make this process easier on you by providing you with programs that I know will give you the results you are looking for and will change the way you look at training all together.

I am truly passionate about what I do, and I genuinely care about your success. I’m honored to be a part of your fitness journey and I’m looking forward to giving you the coaching, guidance, and the support you deserve.

I'm Margeaux, and this is my story

I'm Margeaux, and this is my story

Hi! I can’t even begin to describe how excited I am to be able to have this platform and share with you. For starters, I am a licensed and registered dietitian nutritionist. My passion for nutrition really came to life in my own struggles. I come from a food insecure childhood and nutrition wasn’t something discussed in my home.

I realized in college that the many health issues I had growing up including poor sleep, growth, and brittle bones were all likely related to not being adequately nourished. I also struggled for many years with eating disorder tendencies and wanted to learn how to heal my relationship with food and my body. I have experience working with athletes and highly active individuals to the chronically ill. Through these years of experience, I have discovered that a key component of the struggle lies in misinformation and lack of support.

I want to be able to share realistic guidance, recipes that are healthy and taste good and be a support for those struggling to find what works for them. If you’ll let me, I’d love to be a friend on your journey to a healthy and more realistic lifestyle!
