I'm Serena, and this is my story

My name is Serena Abweh and I am a national champ Powerlifter! I will be sharing my workouts and nutrition guides to help you build strength, improve on the big three lifts - squats, bench, and deadlift - while incorporating bodybuilding workouts for an overall aesthetic physique.
