I'm Seth, and this is my story
Growing up, I was always the skinny kid. I could eat anything and not gain an ounce of fat or muscle. In high school, I started weight lifting and focusing on my diet and have gained over 70 pounds of muscle in the 11 years since. I studied Exercise Science in college and have been working as a full-time private personal trainer ever since.
I have devoted my life to learning the best and easiest ways to get in shape, stay in shape, and make sure you are as healthy internally as you are on the outside. Let’s get to work 💪🏼
