I'm Shannon, and this is my story

Hey there, I'm Shannon Helm! I have turned my passion for health & fitness into my career & lifestyle. Starting as a volleyball athlete, to becoming a volleyball coach, and then a personal & group fitness trainer; my goal is to show people how fitness can build confidence through movement — it’s about inspiring to be a little bit better with each day!

Coming from a small town called Granbury, TX; I moved to LA in 2018 to pursue my dreams of changing people’s lives through fitness. I now coach high school boys & girls volleyball, coach group fitness at F45 Training, train clients in my home gym, & train high profile clients like Mark Wahlberg, Tony Ressler, Jami Gertz, & Melanie C. My ability to cultivate an encouraging, yet challenging training environment is what sets me apart. Through Train with Shann, my hope is to make a healthy lifestyle more accessible to people everywhere!
