I'm Sierra, and this is my story
Hey there! I’m Sierra Flint, a mother of two (4 years and 4 months old) and a NASM CPT & CNC and group fitness instructor. I’ve been studying fitness and wellness for almost 10 years. As a young teenager, I struggled with severe anxiety & panic attacks. Getting involved in fitness and improving my nutrition is what has (and still does) helped me most to heal and cope. Those times are what sparked my passion for helping others learn simple, sustainable practices to improve their quality of life.
