I’m Stefana and this is my story
I’ve gone through all the phases of fitness — from cardio and spin classes to intense weight lifting and functional movements. I’ve tried it all and finally found what works for me… balance and versatility.
I aim to help you reach your goals without putting you into a box. I want you to feel comfortable trying new workouts and knowing it’s OK to lift some days and to do Pilates other days!
But don’t worry, if you’re looking for more structured workouts, I have programs for that too.
