Sweat Rewards - Decide, Commit, Succeed Body Blast Challenge
After 6 weeks of focused word, we've made it to the finish line of our Decide, Commit, Succeed Challenge. Congratulations on a job well done! My goal with this challenge was to remind you that we all start somewhere while moving our bodies, increasing our energy levels, and getting us in better mental & physical shape.
You've done the work and now it's time to enjoy the fruit of your labor. As you submit your after photo and testimonial, ask yourself this question: "What can I do now that I couldn't do before?" It's so easy to get consumed by someone else's journey that we forget ourselves.
