After 6 weeks of focused word, we've made it to the finish line of our Decide, Commit, Succeed Challenge. Congratulations on a job well done! Please take a moment to reflect and congratulate yourself for your dedication to yourself! I was encouraged by all your messages, emails and DM's along our journey. My goal with this challenge was to remind you that we all start somewhere while moving our bodies, increasing our energy levels, and getting us in better mental & physical shape.

You've done the work and now it's time to enjoy the fruit of your labor. As you submit your after photo and testimonial, ask yourself this question: "What can I do now that I couldn't do before?" It's so easy to get consumed by someone else's journey that we forget ourselves. I want this submission to be about you and your journey (the bad, the good and the ugly) because your journey might inspire someone else that relates to you.
As with anything you set your mind to, going through the process always strengthens you in ways that you've never imagined. I hope you learned that you are stronger than you thought!

Sign up on this page and then download my Sweat Rewards app to access the “Decide, Commit, Succeed Body Blast” challenge. You’ll also have access to my other training programs, recipes guides, nutrition tips & more! If you already have the app downloaded, you’ll automatically have access to the challenge, but you will still need to sign up and submit your before/after photos.

Submit before/after photos

To be eligible to win my grand prizes, submit your before photos no later than January 8. Click the button below for further photo instructions and to submit them. Submit your after photos by February 26.
