I'm Tasia, and this is my story

I'm Tasia, and this is my story

I grew up a gymnast and competed all the way through college. Soon after graduating, I started CrossFit and went on to compete at the CF games as an individual in 2016 (15th) and on a team with CF Mayhem Freedom in 2018 & 2019 (1st, 1st). It was during this time that my passion for physical fitness blossomed. I’ve had the privilege of competing in a lot of different sports: CF, weightlifting, marathons, triathlons, gymnastics, etc.

As I’ve grown, I’ve evolved. I still understand the value of exercise, but I train now for optimal health. My focus is to help the everyday person trying to build healthier habits by focusing on the whole person - mind, body, and spirit.

I'm here to give you support, guidance and the proper tools to make real progress towards your health and wellness goals. As a Jesus follower, you will also see faith spread throughout my page, as well as, workouts, recipes, nutrition content and more!
