I'm Tomi, and this is my story
Hi there! I'm Tomi Awoderu, otherwise known as Midas, and I'm here to help you in achieving the best version of yourself.
I've been training since I was 13 years old, using my body weight as my main source of resistance. I began weight training with dumbbells at 16 years old and eventually added a lot of other equipment like the barbell, kettlebell, resistance bands, and other gym equipment to my training around the age of 18.
I'm a firm believer in training hard and being consistent to reach any fitness goal. My favorite training equipment is dumbbells due to the versatility and ability to use them for every single training goal there is.
I train as a hybrid athlete - I combine calisthenics, HIIT, and strength training to build strength/size and still maintain explosiveness and agility. I am excited you are here and can't wait to start training together!
