Hi beautiful people! My name is Zoe and I am so excited to sweat with you! I am a NASM certified personal trainer whose passion for health & fitness runs so deep. When I’m at my weakest, fitness is what helps me find my strength, not only physically but mentally. I fully believe that movement is medicine and that there is so much healing, joy, and fulfillment that comes with prioritizing your health. Fit is a feeling, not a size, and as you grow in your journey of putting yourself first and prioritizing your health you will not only start looking your best, but more importantly feeling your best!
