We are Austin & Jessica, and this is our story

Hey, we are Jessica and Austin Cahoy! Our sole mission is to educate and inspire people to be the healthiest version of themselves. We have Bachelor's degrees in Nursing, Health Sciences, and Exercise Science. Together we have accumulated 8 Crossfit Games appearances, played Division 1 sports, achieved national rankings in US Olympic weightlifting, and have been employed in the healthcare and supplement industry as well as nutrition and fitness coaching. Our collaboration of long-time passions and experiences has created a remarkable resume and a very well-rounded and professional knowledge base in the world of health, strength, and fitness. We are excited to bring you into all that Valor Strength has to offer in one central location!
