About the challenge

Join our 4-week Fall Challenge starting Monday Sept 23rd, and transform your physique while building healthy, sustainable habits to finish the year strong!

This program is designed to help you feel your best, with 5 strength training workouts each week, plus an optional bonus workout. Whether you prefer the gym or working out at home, we've got you covered. And if you're short on time, every workout comes with a 30-minute option.

This challenge isn’t just about workouts—it's about enhancing your strength, fueling your body with delicious, healthy fall recipes, and creating lasting habits that will carry you through the year. You’ll be part of a supportive community that keeps you motivated and accountable, and you'll have the chance to win exciting giveaways throughout the challenge. Plus, you'll have access to me as your fitness coach throughout the entire four weeks!

At the end, 3 dedicated participants will be selected to win a grand prize!

    Take a before and after picture and submit it along with your goal & testimonial at the end! Please make sure your before and after photos are taken in the same outfit, similar lighting and with the same poses taken head on.

📸 How to take before & after photos

Please be sure to follow the below instructions when submitting your before & after photos.

    Wear the same clothing for your before and afters and use the same poses of front, back and side.

  • 2

    Recommended attire: sports bra/shirtless and shorts

  • 3

    Recommended angle: Make sure full body is visible.

  • 4

    Take the photos with the same background and preferably with the same (good) lighting.

  • 5

    Take the photos with the same distance from the camera and take the photos head on.

Sign up & download the app

Sign up for the challenge on this page and then make sure you download the app. If you're already an app subscriber, you'll have access to the challenge automatically — but make sure you still sign up here in order to be eligible for the grand prizes

Submit before photo & goal:

Submit your before photos no later than Sunday, Sept 29th. I won’t share any before/after photos without your permission, and feel free to crop your face out if that makes you more comfortable!

3.

Join my new in-app community:

Submit your after photos & testimonial:

Submit your after photos no later than Saturday October 26th. Don’t forget to leave a testimonial and let me know how you’re feeling at the end!
