About the Challenge
If you're looking to get more healthy and fit, this challenge is perfect for you! During these next 4 weeks we will focus on burning fat and building lean muscle. You will need a full gym for this challenge. We will utilize many different types of workouts: dedicated to strength training, boosting our metabolism for increased fat burn, and enhancing our cardiovascular fitness.
